EXECUTIVE PENSION PLAN CONSULTANT
EXECUTIVE HEALTH PLAN CONSULTANT
The executive consultants we are looking for:
Must have at least 20 years experience, preferably in the multi employer pension/health plan industry
Must be able to conduct client meetings and information meetings for Plan members
Must enjoy client contact and understand the importance of excellent client service
Must be a clear communicator – oral and written
Must have excellent mathematical skills and be detail oriented
Will understand and support the need for good governance in plan management and see the advisor’s role in promoting good governance
Will be able to travel; be current with electronic communications and have the desire to actively participate in organizational growth
Completion of the CEBS designation is an asset.
